Shipping and Payment

Shipping

Every order is dispatched on the next business day. Within Germany, shipping is free, and delivery takes 2 to 4 business days from the order date.

Destination Areas

• Germany: free, delivery in 2 to 4 business days.
• EU: Shipping costs and delivery times depend on destination and weight and will be displayed in the checkout.
• Switzerland: Shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout. Switzerland is a third country, so the recipient bears customs duties, import VAT, and the customs clearance fee of the delivery service.

Shipping Provider

We ship with DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once the package is on its way.

Payment

The payment methods available to you will be displayed in the checkout before you submit your order. All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it.

Cancellation and Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
